3. Emoji Customization

You can personalize your feedback options by choosing 4–6 emojis to represent different moods. Only you (the merchant) can edit these; customers simply select from your list.

4. Trial & Subscription Plans

We collect minimal data to manage your plan safely and smoothly:

  • Trial Plan: Allows up to 10 feedbacks.
  • Standard Plan: Includes essential tools for everyday business needs.
  • Commercial Plan: Offers full customization for advanced users.

  • We only share information with trusted service providers (like payment processors) to ensure Equus runs efficiently.
