1. What Equus Offers

  • Equus is designed to help merchants collect and understand customer feedback efficiently through:
  • Customizable emojis (3–5 per feedback form).
  • Real-time feedback dashboards for performance insights.
  • Flexible plans to suit your business needs:
      • Trial Plan: Free, limited to 10 feedbacks per day.
      • Standard Plan: Affordable option for small to medium businesses.
      • Commercial Plan: Custom-built for larger businesses.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • To ensure a smooth experience, please:
  • Provide accurate business information during sign-up.
  • Use Equus ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Note that only merchants can configure emojis; customers can only submit responses.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Trial Plan is free and limited to 10 feedbacks per day.
  • Paid subscriptions unlock advanced features and increased limits.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

4. What You Can’t Do

Please refrain from:

  • Copying, reverse-engineering, or misusing the app.
  • Using Equus to collect personal or sensitive data from customers without consent.
  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or compromise the system.

5. Our Commitment

We’re dedicated to delivering a reliable and secure feedback platform. While Equus may not always be perfect, we strive to make it reliable, secure, and continuously better with your feedback.

6. Ownership

All designs, branding, and technologies used in Equus belong to Stalione Groups.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Ending Your Use

You may stop using Equus anytime by canceling your account.
If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions. If any significant changes occur, we’ll notify you in advance. Continued use of Equus after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
